Sleep challenger will be asked to provide:
- Sleep 8 hours a day for 100 days
- Record your sleep experience with GAIAS products
- Update with us your challenge progress every 2 weeks
- All products must be utilize during the challenge
- A declaration post or story in any social media platform is require when you are ready to start the challenge
- A video about your experience at least 5 mins in any channel is require when you end the challenge
