Even if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason—be it quality, color, size, or simply a change of heart—you can return it within 100 days for a full refund.

Return Requirements:

• Unmatched Flexibility: Unlike any other brand, we accept returns of sheets even if they have been washed and used. Experience our products with the utmost confidence and zero hassle.
• Trial Period: Please use the product for at least 30 days. This allows you to fully evaluate the comfort and quality.
• Condition of Return: While we accept washed and used sheets, products must be free from personal damage. Items showing signs of personal damage are not eligible for return.
• Return Process: If you decide to return the product after the 30-day trial and it meets our condition requirements, ensure that it is sent back to our warehouse within the 100-day period.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers outside Malaysia are required to ship the item back to our warehouse to be eligible for a refund.
