GAIAS offers various shipping way so you can get your shipment in a low cost and fast way. We are a little bit different, some products are open for pre-order because of the reason below:

1) Some customers are okay to wait a little longer for the color they prefer.

2) GAIAS uses the pre-order model to cut excessive costs involving retailing, distributing, inventory and production, which allow we to set the total cost price the lowest we can make for you.

When you reach the page of your favourite product, select the variant button (instead of photo) and the availability will show under the "Add To Cart" button. In our example below, the King is ready in stock and the Queen is at Preorder with an estimated shipping date.

If the product doesn't have any estimated shipping date (only Pre-order shown), it means that we have not placed an order with the item but we can do so once we receive order from you.

If the product has an outdated shipping date, it means that we are still waiting for stock arrival or there's some glitch in our website coding (please let us know).

We encourage our beloved customer (you) to notice the inventory status to prevent disappointment, if you love to have confirmation, you can always contact us, for the refund of pre-order product.

If the product is ready in stock, or once the product reaches our warehouse, here are the modes of Delivery:

Within Malaysia: GD Express (3-5 working days to city for ready stock item)

*Remark shipping about Pillow & Luggage Due to the dimension size of the item will overweight ,for  Pillow & Luggage shipping fees will be free when purchase over RM300.Otherwise the shipping fees will charge RM40.00 (Only East Malaysia)
