Job Description
As a Marketing Creative Associate, you will be responsible for generating, writing, and executing creative concepts that align with our brand's vision and campaign objectives. You will collaborate with other brands to explore new ways to build our community and further our reach. You will present, share, and review creative work with our Creative Director and manage multiple projects from start to finish. You should also be able to help with photoshoot planning and execution, including pre-shoot preparations and location bookings.You will be expected to understand consumers' evolving preferences and how to reach them using various channels and platforms online. With fluency in social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, you should be comfortable with managing postings and analytics. Other duties may also be assigned as required.
Job Requirements
To qualify for the Marketing Creative Associate, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative agency or e-commerce brand. You should be skilled in using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to bring your creative ideas to life. You should also be available to work on Saturdays as needed and currently be based in Batu Pahat,Johor. Previous experience in social media planning, photography, and videography is preferred, and an ability to illustrate or copywrite would be a bonus. Fluent in English, you should be a good team player who is energetic, positive, and eager to learn new skills

Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with team members and managers to coordinate daily workflow activities and perform any other tasks assigned by their supervisor.
